Features
- CA802 is mainly suitable for farmland operation and earth moving operation; 1002/1202 is suitable for large-area farmland operation and earth moving operation.
- The main clutch adopts dry type, double plate, disc spring compression normal engagement type, with long service life, small pedal maneuvering force, and easy adjustment of external small brake.
- The whole machine reasonably improves the transmission ratio of the gearbox, optimizes the gear allocation, improves the speed of reverse gear, and improves the operation efficiency.
- The end transmission is simple support beam structure, which makes the transmission gear force state more reasonable; the fixed rear axle shell spacer greatly improves the support rigidity and sealing performance of the box and rear axle shaft.
- The triangular pendulum block type hydraulic adjustment guide tensioning device can effectively protect the front girder, crutch axle, frame and other key components.
- The sealing of the support cart adopts floating seal, which is reliable.
- The brake is a two-way floating brake, which not only improves the braking capacity, but also adapts to the braking requirements of uphill and downhill ground.
- The steering maneuvering adopts hydraulic booster, which makes the steering maneuvering easy and labor-saving.
