In the past decades of research and development and production, we have established a perfect quality control system, and our products are subjected to 100% rigorous testing during the production process.
Firstly
Raw Material Procurement

According to the design requirements, the required raw materials and parts are procured to ensure that the quality meets the production standards.

secondly
Manufacturing

Raw materials and components enter the production line, and are processed and assembled through multiple processes, such as welding, assembling, and painting.

Thirdly
Quality control

During the production process, strict quality control is carried out, including testing of parts and semi-finished products to ensure product quality.

Fourthly
Performance test

The completed assembled agricultural products need to undergo performance test, including power performance, operation performance, safety test, etc., to ensure that the products meet the design requirements and national standards.

Fifthly
Final Inspection

The products undergo final inspection and testing, including appearance inspection, function test and performance verification, to ensure that the products meet the factory standards.

And Finally
Packaging and factory

Agricultural machinery products that have passed inspection are appropriately packaged and ready to leave the factory. Packaging needs to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.

FAQ

A combine harvester is an agricultural machine designed to perform the tasks of reaping, threshing, separating, and cleaning crops simultaneously. This equipment significantly increases harvesting efficiency and reduces labor costs by completing multiple tasks in a single operation.

When selecting a combine harvester, consider the following factors:
– Size and terrain of your farm
– Type and yield of the crops
– Performance and efficiency of the machine
– After-sales service and maintenance support
It’s advisable to consult agricultural machinery experts to choose the appropriate model based on your specific needs and budget.
Daily maintenance is crucial to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of a combine harvester. Common maintenance tasks include:
– Regularly checking and replacing oil and filters
– Cleaning and inspecting various parts to ensure there are no obstructions
– Checking the tension of belts and chains
– Lubricating all moving parts to reduce wear
– Conducting a thorough inspection and maintenance at the end of the harvest season

Modern combine harvesters are usually equipped with advanced control systems, making them relatively easy to operate. Many models also feature automation and smart functions such as auto-navigation, yield monitoring, and fault diagnostics, which help operators complete harvesting tasks more easily and efficiently.

If a breakdown occurs, stop the machine immediately and inspect the cause. Common issues and their solutions include:
– Broken belts or chains: Replace them
– Poor lubrication: Check the lubrication system and add oil
-Electronic system failure: Inspect the circuits and contact professional repair services if necessary
Operators should be trained in basic troubleshooting methods and keep contact information for professional repair services handy.
When using a combine harvester, always follow safety guidelines, including:
– Ensure all operators are trained and familiar with the machine’s manual
– Check all parts, especially brakes and steering, before operation
– Avoid operating in bad weather or low visibility conditions
– Turn off the engine and remove the key before performing any maintenance or adjustments
– Wear appropriate safety gear while operating the machine
When using a plow, consider the following:
– Adjust plowing depth and angle based on soil conditions
– Ensure a secure connection between the tractor and plow
– Avoid plowing in overly wet or dry soil to prevent damage
– Regularly check the wear on the plowshare and replace worn parts
– Operate safely to avoid injuries from the sharp plow blades

A farm tractor is a versatile agricultural machine primarily used to pull and drive various farm implements such as plows, harrows, seeders, and sprayers. It performs tasks like tillage, planting, fertilizing, and harvesting, thus enhancing agricultural productivity.

Consider the following when choosing a farm tractor:
– Size and soil type of your fields
– Required horsepower and functionality
– Brand, model, and after-sales service
– Budget and operating costs
Choose a tractor that meets your farm’s specific needs and seek professional advice if necessary.
Daily maintenance is key to ensuring the tractor operates smoothly and lasts longer. This includes:
– Regularly checking and changing engine oil and hydraulic fluid
– Inspecting and cleaning the air filter
– Checking tire pressure and wear
– Lubricating moving parts to prevent wear
– Inspecting brakes and steering for safety

A rotary tiller is an agricultural machine used for soil preparation. It uses rotating blades to break, churn, and aerate the soil, improving its structure and promoting crop growth. It’s commonly used for tillage, weed control, and soil conditioning.

When using a rotary tiller, consider the following:
– Inspect blade wear and replace them if needed
– Ensure proper connection between the tiller and the tractor
– Adjust tilling depth and speed according to soil conditions
– Maintain a safe distance during operation to avoid injuries from the blades
– Regularly clean the machine to prevent dirt and debris buildup

Disc harrows are used to cut and loosen soil through a series of discs, which break up soil clods, weeds, and crop residues. They are useful for initial tillage, seedbed preparation, and post-planting covering.

A plow is used for turning and breaking up soil, cutting through soil layers, and inverting them to bury crop residues and weeds. This traditional farming tool is essential for spring and fall plowing.
