Small air sieve cleaning machine 5XZC series is mainly by vertical air sieve and vibrating screen to complete the sorting function. Can be a variety of crop seeds (such as: wheat, corn, soybeans, melon seeds, sesame, rapeseed, etc.) for wind selection, screening processing to achieve the purpose of crop cleaning, and can be used as a grading machine. This machine is composed of lifting device, screening device, wind selection device, electric control device, dust removal device and walking device. Working Principle
Small air sieve cleaner is based on the aerodynamic properties of the seeds, according to the different critical speed of the seeds and impurities, by adjusting the speed of the airflow, to achieve the purpose of separation, the lighter impurities are sucked into the dust collector to focus on the discharge, the better seeds through the air sieve into the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen can discharge the large impurities, small impurities and selected seeds separately (also can provide four-layer, multi-layer screen box series products, cleaning and grading can be completed at once). Vibrating screen sorting principle is in accordance with the geometric size of the seed characteristics of the determination of the different types and varieties of seeds, choose to replace the different aperture specifications of the sieve, can meet the requirements of sorting and grading.
