Features
- Advanced bearing seed disk sealing structure, instead of the traditional rubber seal, maintenance-free use. High strength seed disk, long service life.
- The no-till seeding unit is equipped with a pressure-adjustable strong-pressure entry device, and the no-till seeding furrow disc is pressurized to a maximum of 100 kg/row.
- The seeding monobloc is independently profiled, and the stepless adjustable depth limiting wheel floats and profiles to ensure uniform seeding depth in ridges or when the ground surface is uneven. The seed press wheel is independently adjustable to ensure uniform plant spacing, and at the same time to ensure full contact between the seed and the soil, which is conducive to seed germination. The opening angle and pressure of the mulching compression wheel can be adjusted independently, which is favorable to different soil conditions and different seed mulching compression requirements.
- Hydraulic counterweight is optional to reduce the swinging and trembling of the frame and working parts during high-speed seeding operation, which can realize high-speed seeding. No-till seeding is assisted by strong pressure to break the stubble into the soil and subterfuge, and when the surface soil is hard, it is assisted by strong pressure to seed into the soil.
